A Place Close to Our Hearts
Jockfall is more than a destination to us – it is our home, our heritage and a place we are proud to share. For generations, the Kalix River and the surrounding wilderness have shaped life here, bringing people together through fishing, nature and a strong sense of community.
Today, as a family-owned business by the Landin family, we welcome guests from near and far to experience the best of Swedish Lapland, from world-class salmon fishing to local food, comfortable accommodation and unforgettable adventures throughout the year.
Our dream is to keep developing Jockfall while staying true to what makes it special: genuine hospitality, respect for nature and the opportunity to share our Arctic everyday life with people from all over the world.
Ann-Sofi and Hans began running the camp in Jockfall in the early 1980s, with a vision that has grown far beyond its roots as a summer campsite for fishing enthusiasts. Over the decades, they have transformed Jockfall into a year-round destination for nature lovers seeking the best of Arctic Sweden. Today, guests can enjoy comfortable accommodation, a welcoming restaurant and a wide range of activities throughout all four seasons – all in one place, surrounded by the beauty of the Kalix River and the Arctic wilderness.
